About Dawn.
Dawn O'Connor is a consultant organisational psychologist, developing bespoke consulting solutions for organisations globally and across sectors. She has lead multiple engagements within the Public,Pharmaceutical, IT, Telco and Financial services sectors.
Graduating with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology from UCD, she is both a registered psychologist and a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Dawn has a particular acumen and experience, and has a highly driven interest in Performance Management, Organisational Development, Change Management and Leadership Development, she has performed at both local and global levels within organisations to support the development and introduction of her specialisation: High-performance cultures and the pursuit of excellence.
She has significant talent management consulting experience and a strong background in engaging multi-national companies throughout Ireland and worldwide.
Delivering a coherent and integrated strategy is critical to mobilizing and managing our people successfully. With a strong emphasis on the use of facilitation and workshop methods, Dawn has helped organisations engage in active policies to communicate, educate, motivate, and align employees with desired strategy. She has also helped facilitate and implement the alignment of ongoing management processes—for resource allocation, target setting, initiative management, reporting, and reviews—with strategy requirements.
